We ship all IN-STOCK orders within 7 business days from the date ordered. Any customer with an order out of stock will be notified by email and given a date of expected delivery. We pack and ship orders Monday-Friday 8-5, no weekends, and no holidays. We ship through USPS. USPS is an affordable shipping option. USPS packages reach their destination in 2-3 days from the date shipped, this does not include order processing time. Please make sure that the mailing address is correct. If we have to reship due to receiving a wrong mailing address we will recharge shipping. You will receive a email with your tracking/delivery confirmation number once shipped. This number can be used to verify delivery of your package. This form of delivery verification is valid proof of your receipt of merchandise associated with the specific tracking number. REFUNDS, RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:

We are a Indoor Tanning Lotion wholesaler. Therefore we can not accept returns. We will however correct any shipping mistakes that are our fault.

A restocking fee (15% of products) purchase price) will be incurred for any packages returned to youronestoptanshop.com for non-delivery, or cancelled orders and includes refused packages. Along with the restocking fee the cost of shipping will also be deducted from the amount refunded. If you would like your package resent, we will gladly do so, but will charge you the cost of re-shipping.

Incorrect orders:

We will correct our mistakes. If incorrect items or number of items are received we will send out the correct products ASAP and a return label to return the incorrect order.
