Shipping Policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

We ship all IN-STOCK orders within 5-10 business days from the date ordered. Any customer with a order out of stock will be notified by email and given a date of expected delivery. We pack and ship orders Monday-Friday 8-5, no weekends, and no holidays. We ship through UPS and USPS. UPS gives a simple way to view, download and track shipping status. UPS GROUND transit time vary 1-5 business days. USPS can sometimes be a more affordable shipping option. USPS packages reach their destination in 2-3 days but this does not include order processing time. Please make sure that the mailing address is correct. If we have to reship due to receiving a wrong mailing address we will recharge shipping. You will receive a email with your tracking/delivery confirmation number. This number can be used to verify delivery of your package. This form of delivery verification is valid proof of your receipt of merchandise associated with the specific tracking number. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International orders are excepted and delivery options /times vary. ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR CUSTOM CLEARANCE WILL BE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. International orders are shipped via UPS and USPS and will contain a tracking number. International orders may be subject to VAT or other customs related fees. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. International orders may experience customs related delays which can add a few days to the expected delivery date. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify that their customs department will accept and deliver a package containing tanning products from the USA. Also, please keep in mind that you may experience additional delays in receiving your package due to customs.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:

We are a Indoor Tanning Lotion wholesaler. Therefore we can not accept returns. We will however correct any shipping mistakes that are our fault.

A restocking fee (15% of products) purchase price) will be incurred for any packages returned to youronestoptanshop.com for non-delivery, or cancelled orders and includes refused packages. Along with the restocking fee the cost of shipping will also be deducted from the amount refunded. If you would like your package resent, we will gladly do so, but will charge you the cost of re-shipping.

Incorrect orders:

We will correct our mistakes. If incorrect items or number of items are received we will send out the correct products ASAP and a return label to return the incorrect order. We will not make a refund. Mistakes do happen and we will correct all errors on our part and be responsible only for additional shipping fees after the first shipment.
